And the shooter in the Salem robbery turned murder case is handed a life sentence from Judge Jim Matish.

Blair Templeman Jr. learned his fate and at the same time faced his family and William Lewis Griffith's family.

Griffith's family told Templeman, they forgive him, but it won't bring their son back.

Templeman's mom also apologized for her son, saying in my heart I believe my son's sorry and I ask that you have mercy on him because this is not Blair.

Matish says, what bothers the court is the fact that greed, girls and a gun were involved.

Shortly after Matish granted Templeman the eligibility for parole in 15 years.
