Jeff Bowers joined WDTV in May 2007 as a nightside reporter and 11:00 anchor.

A Wetzel County native, he is a 2003 Graduate of Paden City High School.

Jeff attended West Virginia University where he graduated
from the Perley Isaac Reed School of Journalism. During his four years
in Morgantown, he completed an internship at WECT in Wilmington, North
Carolina. Jeff was also the anchor for WVU
News, a student-produced news program that airs statewide on PBS.

He also spent time working at the student radio station, U92, and worked with KDKA-TV in Pittsburgh through a partnership with WVU.

In his spare time, Jeff enjoys playing basketball, running, listening
to music, reading and spending time with his friends and family.

Jeff is proud is to be a Mountaineer and excited to meet the people of
North Central West Virginia and tell their stories.
