Weston State Police are cracking down on convicted sex offenders in Lewis County, and they have zero tolerance for ones who fail to register.

Police have three warrants against Marvin Davis, and they say he actually opened a MySpace account back in November.

The other two charges are for not registering his Internet and email accounts.

Davis spent time behind bars for sexually assaulting a 14 year old girl back in 1996.

Sex offenders have to let police know when they make any changes including addresses, phone lines, and vehicles.

If they don't register the change within 10 days then they'll face charges.

They're investigating his computer hard drive to see if he's made contact with any minors.

Police want parents to warn their kids about the dangers of the Internet and to be aware of who they're talking to.
