Fans donned gold and blue to send off the men's basketball team today in Morgantown.

Dozens of fans flocked to the Coliseum to see off the team. They waited patiently for autographs and pictures with their favorite players.

Coach Bob Huggins briefly addressed the crowd, saying they're excited to be a part of the Sweet 16. The fans responded with cheers of "Let's Go Mounainteers.' Even though students are on spring break, there was plenty of support on hand to rally the team's spirit on their way to Arizona.

The team boarded buses in Morgantown and will land in Phoenix later today.

They'll take on Xavier Thursday night. Tipoff is at 7:10 right here on WDTV.
