Two people were rushed to the hospital Tuesday after an accident in Oakhurst Tuesday.

One of the patients, Michael Radish, passed away at Ruby Memorial Hospital Tuesday night.

The Marion County Sheriff's Department says Radish was driving southbound in his pickup truck when he lost control, overturned, hit a car going northbound, and continued to go do the hillside into Buffalo Creek.

Radish was ejected about 75 feet from the truck.

Sheilay Armdentrout was driving the car that was hit. She was taken to Ruby Memorial Hospital by HealthNet . Her condition is not known at this time.
