As the presidential primary approaches, candidates are doing anything in their power to secure their place on the national ticket.

So with Barack Obama and Hillary Clinton in a tight race for the Democratic nomination, Bill Clinton will be visiting Philippi tomorrow to campaign on behalf of his wife. The former president was in Morgantown and Clarksburg last Thursday and is making one more stop before the West Virginia primary, which is next Tuesday.
