The continued rain fall is causing flooding in homes and road leading to school cancellations and even putting lives in jeopardy.

Authorities shut down the park earlier today the water subsided some and home owners in Willard and Shinnston were pretty hard.

Many people are bailing out water from their basement, putting up walls to stop land from sliding into home, but worst of all Willard residents possibly had an old mine overflow into their neighborhood.

Fire fighters working around the clock, but they say the only sure thing that will help is clear skies.
