The incident reportedly happened shortly after six a.m. Tuesday morning at Rosemont Park in Taylor County, when Joseph Bolton came home and found another man with his wife.  Police say he lashed out making violent threats and fired off his riffle with children inside the home.  Bolton allegedly took off to Bridgeport where he was apprehended by police.

Bolton was arrested and charged with wanton endangerment his bon was set at $1,000 and was released.  Police are still investigating the incident and Bolton will have a mental hygiene hearing before his preliminary hearing.
