After about two hours of deliberation jurors in the Ronald Arbogast trial are sent home for the day.

The jury had several questions about his sex-related charges so Judge Jim Matish decided to bring them back Wednesday morning.

Arbogast is charged with five counts of sexual abuse by a parent, five counts of first degree sexual assault and five counts of incest.

When Arbogast took the stand Tuesday he admitted to Defense Attorney W. Newbolt that he gave the fourteen year old girl alcoholic drinks, but denied ever having sex with her.

The incidents happened back on November 4th, and shortly after  Clarksburg Detective Dave Wygal started his investigation.

Assistant Prosecutor James Armstrong brought in several witness on Monday including, the victim and her mother.

If convicted Arbogast could spend the rest of his life behind bars.
