The war on drugs continues in Upshur County as Sheriff's Deputies bust a meth lab.

26-year old Loren Huffman was arrested and charged with possession of precursors to manufacture methamphetamine.

Deputies obtained a search warrant based on the fact there had been four controlled meth purchases from the defendent in the past six months.

Deputies recovered a number of items from Huffman's home including starter fluid, crushed sudafed and drug paraphernalia, as well as several guns. Huffman is currently in the tygart valley regional jail on a $75,000 bond.
