And a high speed chase on I-79 through Lewis County lands a Florida man behind bars.

Thursday afternoon Eduardo Zamora sent police on a chase through Nicholas county, Braxton county and Lewis county.

He's charged with fleeing, reckless driving, and no helmet.

Sgt. J. Menendez caught Zamora on tape going about 115 miles per hour on his street bike, but was later clocked at 140 miles per hour.

Workers at the Plantation Inn called 911 when they found a bike stashed in their laundry room, and later found that Zamora actually  rented a room.

Lewis County Sheriff's Deputy Mike Posey picked him up and he entered a plea Thursday night.

He's in the Central Regional Jail serving his sentence, and has to pay a $1,400 fine.

State Police in Weston also played a key role in tracking him down.
