One person is injured in an auto-pedestrian accident in downtown Clarksburg early Tuesday evening.

Clarksburg Police, Clarksburg Fire Dept., and the Harrison County Emergency Squad were called out to the intersection of Third and Main Streets just before 5:00pm.

Police say a teenager was struck by a car and quickly transported to the hospital. The condition of the patient was not immediately known on scene.

More information should be released soon. The Clarksburg Police Dept is investigating the incident.
