A Westover man is recovering after getting shot during a home invasion early Wednesday morning.

The elderly man awoke to find several young men in his Morrison Avenue home just after 4:00 A.M.

When he confronted them, he was shot twice. He's recovering at a local hospital.

Westover Police have arrested one male juveline so far.

He's charged with burglary and attempted murder.

The incident is still under investigation.
