The Harrison County Sheriff's Department and State Police in West Union make a drug arrest, now these arrests could stir up a bigger investigation.

What started out as a disturbance in Anmoore quickly evolved into police charging Andre White with narcotics offenses.

White faces three counts of possession with the intent to deliver, three counts of transporting controlled substances to a jail, attempted bribery, and disorderly conduct.

Deputy J. Cunningham and Deputy R. Waybright responded to a disturbance at an apartment above Doctor's Quickcare early Sunday morning.

The second time they went back they arrest four people which includes White.

Sheriff Albert Marano says, they suspected drugs were involved, but weren't able to find any.

When State Police Corporal Mark Waggamon put him into jail custody, he found 43 rocks of crack cocaine, 50 stamp bags of heroin, and marijuana.

Authorities say he also tried to bribe an officer to flush the drugs for $5,000.

White was arraigned and bail is set at $175,000.

This investigation is ongoing so stay tuned to find out more.
