The Buckhannon Police Department is investigating a burglary at a local business.

Police say someone broke into a store along Island Avenue sometime over the weekend, making off with about a hundred dollars in merchandise.

It happened at  Saffle's Goodies Discount Barn, sometime between late Friday night and early Saturday morning.

Police say someone forced their way into the business and made off with a number of items. So far the crime scene has been processed for evidence and all evidence collected has been forwarded to the state police crime lab.

Police say this isn't the first time this has happened at Saffles."

In fact they've made arrests in a previous burglary at the store.
