A Harrison County couple gets sentenced Wednesday on child neglect convictions.

Judge Jim Matish suspended William and Rachel Helsley's one to five year jail terms and gave them three years of probation and a hundred hours of community service. Judge Matish says, your actions put you children at risk so this probation is a privilege not a right. Matish actually took the recommendation of Assistant Prosecutor Chet Walker. The pair admitted to using and selling heroin while their kids were at home.

Meanwhile another couple learns their fate after torching their Reynoldsville home for insurance money.

Matthew and Theondra Robinson were handed years of home confinement from Judge Matish and will have to pay American Security Insurance over  $38,000. Matthew plead guilty to burning insured property and Theondra plead guilty to conspiracy. Matish says, both criminal records seem to relate to them trying to get something for nothing and they both lack acceptance and responsibility for what they did.
