Route 33 west in Upshur County is shut down Wednesday morning after two trucks collide.

It happened just after 10:00 at the intersection of Fink Run Road and Route-33.

The Sheriff's Department says a white truck was travelling west when a Belington Trucking Company truck pulled out and hit him. The man in the white truck had to be cut out of the vehicle and was taken to Saint Joseph's Hospital with unknown injuries.

Route-33 was shut down for about 45-minutes while crews cleaned up the scene and the left lane was closed for the remainder of the day.

The Sheriff's Department is investigating.
