13 People Arrested On Drug Charges

Police are calling it a huge victory in the war on drugs. On Friday, 12 people were arrested in Lewis County and one in Randolph. Their charges are for allegedly delivery and conspiracy to deliver some type of controlled substance.

The following ten people were charged with delivery:

  • Daniel Pascasio: marijuana
  • Tamara Cain: hydrocodone
  • Sarah Jones: heroin
  • Traves Caddell: clonazepam (muscle relaxer)
  • Anthony Posey: oxycodone
  • Gayle Lowther: hydrocodone
  • Roger Clem II: oxycodone
  • Jamie Butcher Jr.: marijuana
  • Samuel Oldaker: oxycodone and hydrocodone
  • Eric Henry: hydrocodone

Dawn Oldaker was charged with conspiracy to deliver hydrocodone and oxycodone.

Richard Smith III was charged with delivery charges for marijuana and conspiracy charges for acid.

Heather Paugh was arrested in Randolph County.  There's no word on what her exact charges are.

No Offense, but I would hardly call this a Victory!! LOL!! Arresting a bunch of low-level drug-addicts is laughable. These people don't have two pennies to rub together and are hardly, "dealers." They are addicts swapping drugs to support their habits. The DEALERS are still out there. The Police have to know this?? Surely they aren't that DUMB!!
