$37,000 of bath salts, more than $6,000 in cash and a gun were all confiscated during a traffic stop in Harrison County Saturday night.  Harrison County Sheriff Albert Marano said he believes one of the biggest up-and-coming dealers was arrested after that stop.

The Harrison County Sheriff's Department Street Crimes and Drug Unit received word that a shipment of bath salts may be headed our way from Columbus on Saturday. With the help of patrol deputies, they were able to organize a traffic stop on Route 50 near Salem. They were able to get a search warrant for the car and that's where they found the money, drugs and cash.

That leader sheriff was talking about is Ryan Smith. He's charged with possession with intent to deliver bath salts and conspiracy. Arrested along with him for conspiracy were Michael David Dennison and Rebecca Jean Powers.
