A Clarksburg woman had to be flown to the hospital Thursday morning after she ran her car into a downtown telephone pole.
Police said that shortly after 2 a.m., 34-year-old Kimberly Dawn Reed crashed her car into a light pole. She was flown to Ruby Memorial Hospital but we don't know how she is doing.
The Clarksburg Police are still looking to see if a medical condition or something else caused the accident.
Thursday, October 4 - 6 a.m.
An accident has landed one person in the hospital.
A little after 2:00 Thursday morning, police responded to an accident on East Main Street in Clarksburg.
According to 911 officials, a car crashed into a light pole. One person was flown to Ruby Memorial Hospital. No word on the extent of that person's injuries.
The Clarksburg Police Department is handling the investigation.
