5 NEWS UPDATE: B-U Middle School Evacuated, Searched After Bomb Threat Found

5 News Update:
 
Law enforcement has confirmed to 5 News that a note was found at Buckhannon Upshur Middle School around noon that said that a bomb was going to go off in the school.  The students were evacuated and the school was searched and cleared by law enforcement.  No students were injured in this incident.  
 
The Sheriff's Department is handling the investigation.  Stay with 5 News for the latest update.

Due to a possible emergency situation at Buckhannon Upshur Middle School, all students from there have been evacuated to the high school. All students are safe and sound. Any parents who wish to pick up their students may do so at the high school auditorium.
