Update:
On Saturday, a car accident on the Harrison and Taylor County line shut down Route 73 and sent two juveniles to the hospital. As of Monday, there's still no word on their condition, but the driver is now facing three separate DUI charges.
Police said 22-year-old Joshua Yanez-Aranda, of Fairmont, was driving drunk, when he lost control of his car and ran off the road. Both of his passengers, who are minors, were taken to Ruby Memorial Hospital. One was flown and the other was taken by ambulance.
Yanez-Aranda is charged with aggravated DUI, DUI with a minor in the vehicle, and DUI with injury.
