5 NEWS UPDATE 6-20:
Officials told 5 News Thursday night that this incident happened in July, but in February the child finally broke down and told a teacher that "he had a big secret" to tell.
That's when police were called in, and began investigating Bruce Clayton. During a forensic interview the child told police that Clayton had threatened him to not tell anyone about what happened or else. Police in Grant Town and Fairview arrested Clayton outside of the Circle K in Fairview.
He's charged with first degree sexual assault.

The Grant Town Police Department arrested a 19-year-old on Wednesday evening on first degree sexual assault charges.
Police said Bruce Clayton, had an inappropriate relationship with a young boy.

WV legislators do NOTHING to stop these child molesters---Nothing!! Where's the 'outrage' from our Governor? Does he not read all these pedopile cases daily like we do??? Why are we not passing MORE STRONGER LAWS against this rather than our GOvernor feeling a SEAT BELT MANDATORY LAW TRUMPS a child molester LAW???????????? GOVERNOR: Get your "priorities" in order. The law agencies needs to take these cases more seriousmore serious
