5 NEWS UPDATE: Man Finally in Fair Condition After Truck Tire Smashes Windshield

Graham Scroggie is finally listed in fair condition at Ruby after a freak accident last week.

Graham Scroggie was in serious condition Tuesday, but is now listed back in critical condition.

Graham Scroggie is in serious condition at Ruby after accident last week.
50-year-old Graham Scroggie is in critical condition after a truck tire came crashing through is windshield on Thursday.
A medical helicopter had to be called in after an almost freak accident along I-79 in Harrison County Thursday afternoon.
This all happened near the Lost Creek area around the 107 mile marker. A tire popped off of a tractor trailer that was traveling southbound, bounced across I-79 and smashed into the windshield of a car traveling northbound. 
One man had to be flown to the hospital. The driver of the tractor trailer kept going.  Stay with 5 News for the latest updates.
