Daniel Brown was sentenced to three years probation. Brown also has to register as a sex offender for the next ten years.

A Clarksburg man admitted Tuesday that he was trying to pick up and underage girl online.

22-year-old Daniel Brown told the court he tried to have sex with a 14-year-old girl and had multiple inappropriate conversations with her over the computer.

The two apparently agreed to meet at a car wash in Bridgeport. When brown showed up, that's when he was arrested.

Brown will be sentenced in late November.

3 years probation? Another example of a flawed judicial system. Sad sad times we live in.
