Suspect: Wade Raese, 30

The Sheriff's Department has confirmed to 5 News that Wade Raese called the department and deputies picked him up at Central Towers in Elkins without incident.
His bond is set at $250,000 and he is being charged with attempted murder.
Officials at Ruby Memorial Hospital said Ryan Earl Young is in critical condition at the hospital.
People in the Highland Park area said they were shocked to hear about the shooting. They also said they were shocked to hear who supposedly committed the crime.
"I got more afraid after I found out who had done the shooting because I know the kid. I really can't say I'm afraid of him, he was always a nice kid to me," said Kimberly Vandevender of Highland Park. "I wouldn't of expected it out of him, but the way kids are mixed up in drugs and stuff now-a-days, you never know. You don't know who to trust, you can't even trust your own family anymore."
