Rainy conditions outside may be to blame for a car accident in Marion County that sent at least one man to the hospital Monday afternoon.
Just before 2:00 p.m., 911 officials said a driver was traveling on Husky Highway near Farmington, when somehow the car drove into a telephone poll and split it. The car apparently then flipped several times, landing about 250 feet over an embankment.
One man was trapped inside until crews could get him to the hospital. HealthNet was called in, but was unable to fly because of the bad weather conditions.
