One woman, plus 50 cats? Probably not the best fit. But that's why animal control had their hands full in Clarksburg on Wednesday morning collecting those cats from a North View home.

According to animal control officers, the woman just realized she couldn't keep up with them anymore and wanted to give them up. Because of that, officers said she probably won't face any charges.

There were a total of 50 cats. About half of them were fully grown and the other half were kittens. Officials said they're all healthy and ready for adoption.

If you are interested in adopting one of these cats or kittens you can call the Humane Society of Harrison County at (304) 592-1600 or Harrison County Animal Control at (304) 592-1876.
