Arraignment Dates Set for Two Charged in 1974 Windmill Park Triple Homicides

Arraignment dates have been set for two men who have been indicted for the 1974 Windmill Park triple homicides in Fairmont.
Eddie Jack Washington, 59, will be arraigned this Monday, March 4. Phillip Reese Bush, 64, will be arraigned this Wednesday, March 6.

Washington was arrested last month in Florida. Bush is an inmate at the Mount Olive Correctional Complex serving two life sentences for double homicides in Fairmont in 1982.
Both are charged with three counts of first-degree murder and one count of conspiracy to commit a felony. Those charges stem from the execution-style slayings of Guy Lester Phillips, 20; his wife, Wanda Jane Phillips, 19; and Billy Ray Cobb, 27.
