An arrest has been made in connection to a bomb threat at Elkins High School last month.
18-year-old Amanda Starliper is charged with conspiracy to commit a terrorist act. On March 20, police were called to Elkins High School after a bomb threat was found written on a wall in the school.
A juvenile suspect was interviewed and identified two other suspects. One of them was a juvenile, the other was Starliper. She's accused of telling the suspect to write the bomb threat message and what to put in it.
