New year, new you. That seems to be the motto whenever a new year comes around. But while many people feel that New Year's resolutions never last one organization, Body By Vi, is helping you achieve your goal.

The Bridgeport Conference Center hosted the World's Largest Resolution Rally Saturday morning. Now, that doesn't mean there were thousands of people cramming inside the building. But all over the country people are taking part of this new years resolution.

"Our purpose is to help people change their lives. We help people set a goal. We provide nutrition. We provide a plan for them. We are going to partner with them and help them make their new years resolution a reality," said Tina Hoskmuth, 5 Star Ambassador.

Right when the new year hits a lot of people make new years resolutions and most of them don't stick with it. Many people who came out said they have seen tremendous results. So why is this program so different?

"The challenge actually makes new years resolutions a little bit easier because it allows people to be accountable and it's focused around a huge support system and that's what we're here for.You can win prizes not only individually but as a team," said Emory Oldaker, WV Ambassador.

Many people feel that resolutions are only about losing weight and looking but what 5 News found out Saturday that it's about being healthy and feeling good.

"A year and a half ago I was diagnosed with graves disease and hyperthyroidism. Within three weeks of being on the challenge my blood work already changed went from six times higher than normal to only double. I could tell a huge difference in my energy level and just how i felt. I didn't have to have my surgery at all and I went from 13 pills a day to none," Marche Messenger, Participant and Helper.

So this program helps with a lot of things, but most programs like this are expensive and time consuming.

"When you compare it with a fast food meal. It's not only a third of it's cost, but it's easier to fix and faster and convenient. In this life that we're in today, fast and convenient is what we're shooting for," said Gary Vincent, Particpant and Winner.

It may not be January 1st, but that doesn't mean you can't still make a new years resolution. For more information on Body By Vi, click here.
