A Buckhannon restaurant owner was arraigned Friday morning for murder.

33-year-old Roldolfo Villagomez "Chino" Correa was indicted on murder and conspiracy charges.

He pleaded not guilty to the two counts. He's accused of initiating a murder for hire plot. About a year ago, he supposedly paid 29-year-old Jesse Lee Heater $5,000 to kill 29-year-old Joshua Oberg.

This is after Correa learned Oberg had allegedly been romantically involved with his wife. Another man also supposedly conspired to kill Oberg.

His name is Robert Siron and he's from Weston. The judge said the jury selection for this case will most likely be in December.
