It was a beautiful fall day out there on Sunday, and for one local organization, it was the perfect day to raise money and get the whole family together to watch their kids tumble, all for a good cause.

The Champion Training Academy hosted their fundraiser for child athletes at Hazel Ruby McQuain Park in Morgantown.

The kids showed off their cool moves to the crowd, all for a good cause. Organizers said it's important to have fundraisers like these because it motivates parents to help get their kids involved in some kind of sport.

"It feels very good. It was a lot of hard work, it's taken a long time, and it's come together very nicely. It's really important to get your family out in the community, and support children in athletic programs," said Marquita George, who helped organized the event.

They also hosted their fall 5K at the fundraiser as well. Even though there weren't many runners in Sunday's run, everyone 5 News spoke with said they had a great time.
