Rumors are flying about abuse, cheating, and drug use in a relationship in Taylor County after a woman allegedly shot and killed her husband Wednesday night.
Grafton Police arrested Tuesday Sue Davis, 46, at her apartment building on Baltimore Street after she apparently shot her husband Gary Christopher Davis,47, in the stomach with a .45-caliber handgun. According to the criminal complaint, this happened after some kind of domestic dispute. No other official details have been released as of Thursday afternoon.

Neighbors don't know exactly what caused Tuesday Davis to turn a gun on her husband of more than 20 years, but some of them say this was going to happen sooner or later
"Shocked. Really shocked," said Donna Brown, a friend of Tuesday Davis.
Many residents of the Davis' apartment complex said they're feeling just like Brown after hearing the news of what happened in apartment 48 Wednesday night. Many of them have known each other for years, and only known the Davis couple as good neighbors and friendly people. They said Tuesday would give you the shirt off her back and was always there for people who needed her, but it's obvious something wasn't quite right with her marriage.
"Sooner or later I thought something would happen, but she was really depressed and lately she's just been, like, different," Brown said. "Not like the same woman that we knew."
There's talk around the complex that the marriage was full of abuse, unfaithfulness, and other problems. The criminal complaint only mentions the facts of Wednesday night, but neighbors said, when the police led Tuesday Davis out of her apartment Wednesday night, she was smiling and humming to herself.

The Grafton Police Department continues to investigate this incident. Stay with 5 New for the latest.
