Two people are in jail for reportedly leaving a three-month-old baby in a car in 28 degree weather.

Police said Heather Helmick and Billy Evans went out to eat at the Dairy Queen along Route 219.

According to witnesses, they left the baby girl in the car for about 15-20 minutes while they ate. After he was arrested, Evans was supposedly found with an off brand of Xanax, without being prescribed to it.
