If you were driving around Clarksburg on Friday, you might have noticed some traffic delays in town, especially on the Joyce Street Bridge. The weather has finally started warming up enough for crews to start patching potholes.

"I don't mind it at all. I hope this means they'll be fixing more streets across town," said Mike Steffick, a Nutter Fort resident.

The work done Friday was just a temporary fix, starting within the next few weeks, crews will be out making more permanent repairs.

"It's just a temporary fix for now, but the blacktop plants are opening up and making asphalt, so we should be out here again next week patching them for good," said Roger Golden, a DOH Crew Supervisor.
