Davis and Elkins College announced some exciting news Friday. They're freezing tuition rates for current and new students.
President Michael Mihalyo said the tuition would be locked in for all four years. While the rates may change for each new incoming class, that rate would stay the same throughout their four years.
He said oftentimes students have to leave school due to finances. He thinks this will be a great way to keep their currents students enrolled and also attract new students.
