A man wanted in connection to a 2010 murder at the Quarry Apartments was arrested Friday morning in Pennsylvania.

Darnell Carlton Bouie, 35, was arrested by Deputy U.S. Marshals in Butler, PA, and has been charged with murder in Harrison County for the death of Jayar Poindexter.

Last month, Clarksburg Police arrested Ennis Charles Payne II, 37. Surveillance video supposedly shows Payne and Bouie at the apartment at the time of the murder.

Bouie was supposedly going to turn himself into US Marshals in Pittsburgh last month. When he didn't they kept looking for him. They arrested him without incident at the Butler home.
