Elkins High School And Philippi Middle School Evacuated

5 News Update:
The bomb squad has left Elkins High School, and the scene has been cleared to staff.  
Staff and students will be allowed to get belongings and cars around noon. 
The threat was found in a girls restroom around 8:15 a.m. and the investigation is still ongoing. 
Officials have done a sweep of Philippi Middle School and are bringing in K-9 Units.  Stay with 5 News for the latest updates.

Students at Midland Elementary School and Elkins High School will be dismissed at 9:45 this morning, 3/20, due to a bomb threat that was made.
5 News has also learned that Philippi Middle School is being evacuated due to a bomb threat as well.

I think anyone convicted of calling in a bomb threat should be sentenced to life in prison without a chance for parole that would stop these uncalled for acts.
