A Randolph County man is facing kidnapping charges after police say he tried to convince two young girls to pretend to be a friend's daughter.
19 year-old James Cornett and Corcia Ramey, who was using the alias Shelly Smith, apparently took the girls into Ramey's apartment in Elkins on September 23-rd.
Police said once they were inside, Cornett and Ramey said they'd pay the girls $20 each to pretend to be Ramey's daughters.
One of the girls was also supposedly given a pill that made her dizzy.
