An FBI agent out of Clarksburg is on the wrong side of the law. That's because on Friday, he was arrested on harassment charges in Monongalia County.

Scott Thomas Ballock is facing the charge after he supposedly continually sent multiple e-mails to a woman after she asked him to stop. State Police allege that this happened from October 2012 through this July of this year. Ballock apparently used his personal and government issued e-mail addresses.

According to some online conferences, Ballock is listed as a supervisory special agent at the FBIi's National Data Exchange Program Office in Clarksburg.

The 45-year-old posted his $5,000 bond.

Buddy I sure state police checked. Both sides of the story . She can be the worse person on the earth but it does not give a man the rite to harrass her and being a FBI agent he should no better. We as citizens have the rite to know when people are doing wrong exspecialy FBI GOOD JOB

WDTV ONLY does what the liberal press and liberal politicians tell them to do.

I know several who have commented the other day on Natalie Tennants run for Rockefellers senate seat and they REFUSE to allow the comments. And NONE of them are any worse than what's commented on here. WHO really runs WDTV? Politicians? Hopeful democrat candidates? Natalie is a Manchin knockoff. More of the same!

Remember! If we don't get ALL the FACTS.......there's a liberal AGENDA! They want you to believe what THEY want you to believe happened......and that does not always coincide with the FACTS nor TRUTH!

Too bad you took the "news" from the state police (ever wonder WHY they contacted you about this particular arrest?) and didn't pursue the REAL story. Nor did you mention the complaint was filed by the estranged wife, who has been diagnosed (and the diagnosis was not exactly favorable for her). Did you bother to contact the accused for HIS side of the story? Pathetic "reporting".

I think it's a very good broadcasting . It shows that even good guys are bad guys sometimes. That we as people cannot trust anyone of authority. Or not good job ch 5

This is the worse broadcasting I have ever seen. Hundreds of people get arrested for harassment but you never see them on the news. This is little more than sheer gossip. I thought this was suppose to be a news show, not a gossip hotline. Major disappointment in your station.
