A fire broke out at a home in Lewis County Sunday evening and apparently did some serious damage.
It happened just before 7:30 p.m. at a home on Erickson Avenue in Weston. When crews got to the scene the house was engulfed in flames. Firefighters were able to get it under control within 30 minutes, but tell 5 News that most of the home was destroyed.
No one was home when the fire started and firefighters aren't sure what caused it, but said it doesn't seem suspicious.
The Weston Fire Department is investigating.
