Four men were arrested in Preston County Sunday night for allegedly attempting to operate a meth lab.
It was just before midnight when State Police pulled over James Nice and received consent to search the car only to find the ingredients needed to create meth.
James Nice along with his passengers Donald Sullivan, Shane Grow, and Robert Whitehair were all arrested and charged with attempting to operate a clandestine lab. Each person was also charged with conspiracy to commit a felony against the state.
State Police claim they found 16 AAA lithium batteries, 15 pseudoephedrine sulfate tablets, and a one gallon bottle of Transchem Muriatlo acid.
