A Four States man was arrested, over accusations that he set a forklift on fire.

On Sunday, Marion County Sheriff's deputies were investigating a fire at the gas well on Tank Hill in Four States, when they discovered the forklift on fire. Witnesses told deputies they saw Justin Quinn, 20, and two other juveniles walking around the area with a gas can.

Quinn apparently told deputies the three of them were looking at the machine and joking about setting it on fire. That's when one of the juveniles poured gasoline into the cab area of the machine and lit it on fire. The forklift is a total loss.

Quinn is charged with third degree arson and deputies said the juveniles are facing charges as well.
