A Harrison County man is facing charges after police say a 5-month-old boy was brought to the emergency room with non-accidental injuries earlier this month.
35-year old David Mazza was arrested Tuesday night and charged with child neglect resulting in serious injury.
On February 10, the child's grandparents noticed the boy looked lifeless and was having trouble breathing. The boy was brought to the hospital with multiple broken ribs, a brain bleed, was extremely dehydrated and had marks on his ear and finger at least one of which looked like a burn.

At what point do our legislators start demanding 'maximum' and longer prison terms for little loser men/women beating up on defenseless babies? At what point do the legislators/governor get as irate over this as they seem to want us to be convinced of with drugs?
