Highland Hospital Approved For Rural Development Loan

Morgantown, WV – January 22, 2013: State Director Bobby Lewis announced Tuesday that USDA Rural Development has approved a Community Facilities Direct Loan of $21,000,000 to Highland-Clarksburg Hospital, Inc., Harrison County, WV.
Rural Development funds will be used to develop a 150 bed behavioral healthcare facility at the former location of United Hospital Center in Clarksburg, Harrison County, WV.
The direct loan will be supplemented by a previously approved conditional commitment to Huntington National Bank for a guaranteed loan of $13,800,000.
