After serving a year at a facility designed to home youthful offenders, 20-year-old David Leake will spend the next five years of his life on probation.

Leake was convicted of an armed robbery on High Street in Morgantown two years ago.

If Leake violates the terms of his probation he could face anywhere between 5 and 18 years of jail time.
