We now know who will decide the fate of a man accused of hitting and killing a Monongalia County Sheriff's Deputy with his truck.
That's because prosecutors and the defense team for Jerod Green were able to pick a jury Wednesday.

The 35-year-old is charged with the death of Sergeant Michael Todd May.
Green is said to have slammed into May's cruiser during a high speed chase on I-79.
According to court documents Green was under the influence of drugs and alcohol at the time of the crash. His trial is slated to start in December in Pennsylvania.

I think it is VERY disrespectful to the family and friends of Sergent May to keep showing the picture of his wrecked vehicle. It does the family nor anyone else any good to keep seeing it. If you are going to put a picture with his story I think it should be a picture of him and not of the vehicle. The family and friends are going to have and are having a hard enough time dealing with his death and to keep showing that does not make it any easier.
