Lena Lunsford, the mother of missing Aliayah Lunsford, was arrested Wednesday morning.
Officials told 5 News that Deputy U.S. Marshals in Wheeling arrested Lunsford around 10:00 am at West Virginia Business College for apparently violating her supervised release.
She is set to appear in magistrate court to determine whether she'll go to jail or get probation.
Lunsford pleaded guilty last year to selling food stamp benefits. Her daughter, Aliayah, went missing in 2011.
