A Monongalia County man is facing charges, after apparently pulling out a gun during an argument over a parking space.

At around 9:22 Tuesday night, Police in Morgantown responded to a brandishing call on Ridgeway Avenue.

David Annonio, Jr., 19, was apparently riding in a vehicle when he became involved in an argument with the driver of another vehicle about a parking space. Annonio then allegedly pointed a 9mm semi-automatic handgun at the woman. Her husband then confronted Annonio, who apparently pointed the firearm at two children, ages 5 and 14.

Annonio was arrested and charged with Brandishing a Deadly Weapon and two counts of Carrying a Concealed Weapon. Nobody was injured in the incident.
